I’m so excited because this week I’m the Growing in Unity (GIU) girl for Unity Stamps Company! Each day this week, I will be sharing a project on my blog.

I will link to all the posts daily to make it easier for you.

For my card today, I used stamps from Old Friends and Strength & Dignity {KOM 11/13}. 

First, I stamped the large floral arrangement from Strength & Dignity KOM on white cardstock with VersaMark Ink and heat embossed in gold. I colored in the florals and ferns with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens in 003 Fl. Pink, 025 Pink, 029 Geranium Red, 082 Purple, and 047 May Green. These brush pens are GORGEOUS. I colored the background using 302 Haze Blue. 

I stamped the sentiment from Old Friends on separate cardstock with VersaMark ink and heat embossed it in gold as well. I die-cut it and attached it to the center with foam tape. I took a gold doily and glued it to the left side of my cardbase and cut off the excess. After I fussy cut the floral piece, I attached it over the gold doily in the center. 

I added a Dark Pink Heart Gem from The Ton's latest gilding release to the center. I also added some matching sequins from Cinderella's Ride Couture Mix. 

What do you think of the card? I think it was quite simple to make. :)
